Scent & Hygiene
To support a scent-neutral environment, we ask that clients refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes. Arriving fresh and clean is appreciated, and the use of deodorant helps ensure comfort for both client and therapist.
Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our space includes a flight of stairs. There is no elevator or ramp available.
What if I am running late?
Depending on the schedule, late arrivals may not receive the full session time allotted. Full payment will be required for the original time booked.
Can I use insurance?
We do not offer direct billing at this moment; however, we provide invoices for reimbursement. Your receipt will contain all the information necessary for your claim.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, e-transfer and cash. Please note that there is a charge for all card transactions.
What should I expect during my first massage session?
At your first visit, you’ll complete a health history form and a brief assessment to tailor your treatment. I’ll guide you on positioning, discuss focus areas, and check in about pressure.
Is it necessary to undress completely for the massage?
Most clients choose to undress to their underwear, but you may remain as clothed as you prefer. You will be professionally draped at all times for privacy and comfort.
Do you use essential oils during the massage?
We offer complimentary essential oils during your massage, including lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint.
