Scent & Hygiene: To support a scent-neutral environment, we ask that clients refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes. Arriving fresh and clean is appreciated, and the use of deodorant helps ensure comfort for both client and therapist.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling, whenever possible.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged the full treatment cost.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. As a small practice, this policy helps us maintain availability and continue providing quality care.

We do not offer direct billing at this time, but you will receive an invoice to submit for reimbursement.

Payment will be collected at start of each treatment. Cash and e-transfer is preferred. A small processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments.
